Poutine

I think that is how you spell it...this is from Canada!  It was different and I was starving but I liked it!  Give it a try!

Poutine

French Fries (we used shoestring, next time will try steak fries)
Brown Gravy
Cheese Curds (what they use in Canada, we used cheese "crumbles")

Bake fries in oven, when they are done pour hot gravy over them and sprinkle with cheese.  Let cheese get a little melty and then enjoy!
